Plantage Barok Orkest (Baroque Orchestra)

Founded: Tiel, the Netherlands

The Zinder Barokorkest (formerly Plantage Barok Orkest) consists of about 20 players: a number of strings, a keyboard player and a number of (wood) wind players. They mainly play music from the 18th century, but also make trips to music from the 19th or 20th century. They rehearse every week and a few times a year they perform in Tiel and surroundings.
