Marie Planinsek (Soprano)

Born: Montigny-le-Bretonneux, France

The French soprano, Marie Brooymans-Planinsek, studied at Lycée La Bruyère in Versailles and at Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Boulogne-Billancourt. She was finalist of the 22nd international competition of Clermont-Ferrand in 2011, and won the 2nd Operetta Prize of the Competition of Béziers.

Thanks to Jean-Claude Malgoire, Marie Planinsek took her first steps on stage in works such as Le Retour d'Ulysse by Monteverdi (L'Amour), Bastien and Bastienne by W.A. Mozart (Bastienne), La Creole by Offenbach (Antoinette), La clemenza di Tito by W.A. Mozart (Servilia), Le nozze di Figaro by W.A. Mozart (Barberine) at the Théâtre des Champs Elysées in Paris. She performs with Atelier Lyrique de Tourcoing, Centre de Musique Baroque de Versailles, CNR Boulogne Billancourt, Artiste Lyrique and Ensemble Pygmalion (Director: Raphaël Pichon). She currently lives in Boulogne, France.
