Testsuya Oi (Baritone) |
Born: December 6, 1974 - Japan |
The Japanese baritone: Tetsuya Oi [Tetsuya Oh'i; Japanese: 大井哲也], studied at the Tokyo University of the Arts of Music (vocal graduated); The Master's course opera (major completion); Nikikai Opera Training Institute 47th stage (master class completion), wining Excellence Award at the time of completion. Same training institute professional courses (7th term completion)
Tetsuya Oi sang in the Bach Cantata Club under the guidance and supervision of its founder Michio Kobayashi, and performed a large number church cantatas of J.S. Bach. As a member of the Bach Collegium Japan (Director: Masaaki Suzuki), he participated in domestic and international performances and recordings. He currently lives in Munich, Germany. |
