The Swiss baritone, Chasper-Curò Mani, attended Zürich University of the Arts (ZHDK) and Bern University of the Arts (HKB): Master of Pedagogy/ Concert-Diploma in singing; Master in conducting/ Soloists-Diploma at Swiss Operastudio.
Chasper-Curò Mani has sung sang many concerts, for example J.S. Bach's Weihnachts-Oratorium (BWV 248), Johannes-Passion (BWV 245) or George Frideric Handel's Messias. He also dedicated himself to singing Lieder (Winterreise, Dichterliebe, Songs of Travel…). As opera singer he performed roles like Malatesta in Donizetti's Don Pasquale or the Father in Engelbert Humperdinck's Hänsel und Gretel and others. This year he was singing at the Stadttheater Bern (Leo Dick’s Wunsch Indianer zu werden) and Biel/Solothurn (J. Offenbach's Belle Hélène). |
