The German baritone, Andreas Kindschuh, studied until 2004 at the Hochschule für Musik "Franz Liszt" in Weimar with his longtime teacher Professor Mario Hoff.
Andreas Kindschuh is currently engaged at the Opernhaus Chemnitz. Numerous guest productions have led him to the Komische Oper in Berlin, the Deutsche Nationaltheater in Weimar, the Staatsoper Danzig, and the Theaters in Rostock, Eisenach, Gera, Chemnitz, Passau, Meiningen and Cottbus. There he has sung roles as Figaro, Papageno, Wolfram, Shaunard and in the meantime has performed over 150 times as Roman Cycowski in Comedian Harmonists. Important artistic inspiration he has received especially in his work with GMD Professor Alexander G. Albrecht, GMD Niksa Bareza, Professor Rolf Reuter, Fabrice Bollon and GMD Andrey Boreyko. Apart from the opera repertoire, he appears in great musical productions, such as Jesus Christ Superstar, I was looking at the ceiling, Hello Dolly and Cabaret.
Andreas Kindschuh's versatility enables him also to mert the genre pf conert/Lieder/oratorio with high standards. This was been demonstated when he gave cantata concerts under the baton of Professor Helmuth Rilling, and numerous performances at the Thomaskirche in Leipzig, the Elisabethkirche in Marburg, the Französischen Dom in Berlin, with the Magdeburger Domkantor under Günther Hoff and in several Passion performances in Italy.
Concerts and performances previously have led Andreas Kindschuh to France, Greece, Liechtenstein, Austria, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland and the USA, Switzerland and the Czech Republic. |
