Johann Autor Frick (Bach's Pupil)

Born: March 25, 1710 - Mutzschen, near Leipzig, Saxony, Germany
Died: not determined

Johann Autor Frick was born to Christian Gottlob Frick (tax collector in Mutzschen). He enrolled at the Thomasschule in Leipzig on June 2, 1724; studied there from 1724 to 1732; and at Universität Leipzig from 1729. Although he attended the Thomasschule during J.S. Bach's tenure, it is not known if he actually studied with him.
