The American soprano, Andrea Zomorodian, obtained her Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance magna cum laude from the University of Southern California (2007-2011) and was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship to Vienna, Austria.
Andrea Zomorodian has been Soprano Section Leader in Orange County Choral Society in Huntington Beach (February-May 2011); Musical Theater Instructor at Broadway Bound in Seattle (July 2009-July 2012); Staff Singer at St. James in the City Episcopal Church in Los Angeles (since August 2009); Professional Singer at Los Angeles Master Chorale (since August 2012). She is based in Los Angeles and regularly sings across the USA and abroad. Her work in Los Angeles has been focused on concert, oratorio, early music, and studio singing.

Recent highlights include: Opening the Salzburg Festival 2019 on the acclaimed world tour of Lagrime di San Pietro (di Lasso) staged by Peter Sellars, solo debut (Peri Quartet) in Robert Schumann's Das Paradies with Gustavo Dudamel and the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra, and Hildegard program of Hymns & Songs ("sung with blinding luminosity" - Mark Swed, LA Times).
Upcoming engagements include: J.S. Bach's St. Matthew Passion (BWV 244) with Musica Angelica Baroque Orchestra, Haydn Lord Nelson Mass with Orange Coast College & Long Beach Chorale, the ongoing 2018-2022 world tour of Peter Sellars' production of Lagrime di San Pietro with the LA Master Chorale, and continued Hildegard programs with Ensemble Vocatrix.
