The German mezzo-soprano, Marie Charlotte Seidel, sang since her earliest childhood she in various choirs, such as the MDR MDR Kinderchor. She studied at the Thomasschule zu Leipzig and Evangelisches Schulzentrum Leipzig. In autumn 2013 she began studying art history at the Universität Leipzig. At the same time she was trained as a singer in the field of classical music and jazz.
Marie Charlotte Seidel has been a member of the vocal ensemble Sjaella since May 2005, singing mezzo-soprano. She also looks after the ensemble's archive. At home she likes to play with the "Loop Station" or to make electronic music. |
