The German tenor, Gregor Reinhold, sangin the Thomanerchor Leipzig as a child and gained further choral experience at the Rudolf-Hildebrandt-Schule Markleeberg. From 2017-2019 he studied "Musik und Bewegung" at the UDK-Berlin, where he continued his education in both the singing and the performative area. Since the winter semester of 2019 he has been studying classical singing at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" in Leipzig with Professor Berthold Schmid. He was also shaped by his work in master-classes with singers such as Roland Schubert, Dagmar Schellenberger, Christian Oldenburg and Jorge Ansorena. He was awarded the sponsorship prize with excellence of the Vereins "Junge Voices Leipzig e.v." at the Internationalen Sängerakademie Torgau.
Gregor Reinhold has already gained opera and concert experience on several stages. In student projects he sang roles such as Ottokar in Freischütz, Basilio in W.A. Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro or the tenor solo role in Felix Mendelssohn's Lobgesang at the Gewandhaus in Leipzig. He made his debut as Remendado in Georges Bizet's Carmen in the summer of 2022 at the Schlossfestspielen Ettlingen.
Since the winter semester 2022-2023, Gregor Reinhold has been in Erasmus at the Conservatorio di Luigi Cherubini in Florence and is continuing his education in the Italian repertoire. He will once again sing Basilio in Le Nozze di Figaro. |
