The Indian tenor, Arhan Kumar, intimately involved with the western classical music scene in India, has performed in recitals and operas in most major cities and musical hubs of India. Having studied with Ms. Patricia Rozario (Voice Faculty, Royal College of Music), he is currently a pupil of Mr. Frank Kelley at Harvard’s Memorial Church, where he sings with the Harvard University Choir (since September 2019; Direcror: Edward Elwyn Jones), as well as the Ferris Choral Fellows (since January 2020). He is also a member of the Harvard Glee Club. Outside of music, he is a student of stem-cell biology (concentrating in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology) at Harvard University (since July 2019; expected graduation: 2023). He is also Teaching assistant for pre-medical undergraduate physics courses PHYSCI 2 and PHYSCI 3 at Harvard University (since September 2021) and Undergraduate Researcher at Whitehead Institute in Cambridge (since July 2022). He also enjoys exploring languages, cooking, and playing video-games, among other things. He currently lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts. |
