The Polish mezzo, Anna Krawczuk, a fellow of the Ministry of Culture and National Legacy of Poland, graduated "with distinction" in singing and choral conducting from the Warsaw Academy of Music Frederic Chopin. Anxious to perfect herself in the world of Lied, she has been studying at the Musikhochschule Karlsruhe since 2010 in the Lied class of Mitsuko Shirai and Hartmut Höll. She has participated in numerous master-classes with Jadwiga Rappé, Daniel Fueter, Udo Reinemann, Anne Le Bozec, Wolfgang Rihm, Liedduo Christiane Oelze and Eric Schnieder, and Brigitte Fassbaender.
Anna Krawczuk is invited to perform as a soloist or member of renowned ensembles such as the Warsaw National Philharmonic Choir or Gächinger Kantorei Stuttgart (Directors: Helmuth Rilling & Hans-Christoph Rademann), with whom she is regularly heard. She has performed with the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra, Radio-Symphonie-Orchester-Berlin, Bach-Collegium Stuttgart and Freiburger Barockorchester under the baton of Antoni Wit, Jeffrey Tate and Hans-Christoph Rademann. She has been the recital partner of pianists Hartmut Höll and Markus Hadulla.
Anna Krawczuk has been invited by the Rheingau Musik Festival, Musikfest Stuttgart, Davos Festival-Young Artists in Concert, Liedfestspiele of Sent (Switzerland). |
