The French soprano, Adèle Carlier, performed in concert at a very young age at the Maîtrise de Radio France, under such conductors as conductors such as Seiji Ozawa, Georges Prêtre, Kent Nagano, Pierre Boulez…
Adèle Carlier regularly works with composer of film music Armand Amar, who she directs in voice, realisation of and singing in multiple orginal soundtracks (Vas, Vis et Deviens, Indigènes, Le Premier Cri, Home et prochainement Amazonina).
On the stage, Adèle Carlier has performed roles as Frasquita in Carmen, Venus in Pirame et Thisbé, Papagena in The Magic Flute, Belinda in Dido and Aeneas at the Opéra de Nantes, Angers, Rennes, Bourges ... From 2008 to 2010, she played the role of Dame Blanche in the creation of Marco Polo and with the dancer Marie-Claude Pietragalla, given in August 2008 at the Peking Opera, in March 2009 at the Palais des Congrès de Paris and on tour to Venice, Florence, and Viareggio, and Festival de Lacoste in France.
With the Cris de Paris, Adèle Carlier took part in the creation the opera La la la mis staged by Benjamin Lazar and given to the Théâtre de Suresnes, Opéra Comique, Grand Théâtre d’Aix-en-Provence and on tour in France. She also took part in the creation of Cachafaz by Oscar Strasnoy at the Opéra Comique.
In concert, Adèle Carlier performed with ensembles Le Poème Harmonique (Director: Vincent Dumestre), Ensemble Pygmalion (Director: Raphaël Pichon), Les Paladins (Director: Jérôme Corréas), Capriccio Stravagante (Director: Skip Sempé), Les Siècles, Stradivaria and Les Folies Françoises (Director: Patrick Cohën-Akenine). In 2011, she was La Paix in Les Arts Florissants, La Musique in Les Plaisirs de Versailles by Charpentier under the direction of Patrick Cohën-Akenine, staged by Natalie Van Parys, given in Bourges, Orléans, Caen, Poissy ... and Belinda in Dido and Aeneas in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and at Festival de Megève. She also sang in the Requiem of John Gilles with Capriccio Stravagante, at Flâneries de Reims and in recital with orchestra in Bordeaux in a programme of opera arias by George Frideric Handel. Recently she sang the part of soprano soloist in G.F. Handel's Dixit Dominus and J.S. Bach's Cantatas BWV 150 and BWV 155 in Paris and at he Festival de Galice. |
