The Brazilian tenor, Francisco Amaral, obtained his Bachelor of Music degree in singing performance from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). Formed by the opera studio of the Porto Alegre symphony orchestra. He performed enhancing courses at music festivals and master-classes with renowned international singers of the lyrical scene. Currently receiving technical guidance from the Italian Professor Vincenzo Spatola (Firenzi).
Francisco Amaral served as guest soloist with the Santa Maria Symphony Orchestra, Ulbra University Orchestra, Unisino Anchieta Orchestra and Porto Alegre Symphony Orchestra. He has sung such roles as Monostatos W.A. Mozart's Die Zauberflöte at Teatro São Pedro; Nemorino in Donizetti's L'elisir D'amore at Palácio da Justiça (Porto Alegre); W.A. Mozart's Bastien und Bastienne at Cia Ópera de Florianópolis in Santa Catarina; Beppe in Leoncavallo's Il Pagliacci at Palácio da Justiça (Porto Alegre); Dr. Blind in Strauss's Die Fledermaus at Porto Alegre symphony orchestra; Camille de Rosillon in Lehar's Die lustige Witwe at Ospa - Porto Alegre symphony orchestra.
In concert he has sung as soloist in L.v. Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 at Festival Internacional Sesc de Musica Pelotas; George Frideric Handel's Messiah with Porto Alegre Consort, conducted by Diego Schuck Biasibetti; J.S. Bach's Weihnachts-Oratorium BWV 248 with Porto Alegre Consort conducted by Diego Schuck Biasibetti (2017). |
