The American harpsichordist, Nanette G. Lunde, holds the Bachelor of Music Degree from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, the Master of Music Degree from Northwestern University School of Music, and two Diplomas from the Akadamie Mozarteum in Salzburg, Austria.
As a harpsichord recitalist, Nanette Lunde has performed in the USA and Europe. She has performed on harpsichord in European museums, appeared as soloist with orchestras in the UUSA, and in live broadcast performances over Minnesota and Wisconsin Public Radio.
Nanette Lunde is the past president and founder of the Midwestern Historical Keyboard Society. Ms. Lunde is an emerita professor of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Publications include The Continuo Companion, an anthology in facsimile for basso continuo instruction, transcriptions for harpsichord of unaccompanied violin and flute Partitas by J.S. Bach, and a text for class piano instruction. |
