History & Mission: |
Taipei Bach Festival Master Class in Conducting provides a 9-day immersion in the craft of conducting, where participants interact with and learn directly from Maestro Helmuth Rilling, prepare and conduct performances of works by J.S. Bach, and meet colleagues from around the world. Those selected as conducting participants will lead the Taipei Philharmonic Chorus and Evergreen Symphony Orchestra (ESO) in rehearsals and performances. The auditors attend all sessions, and also join fully in discussion and seminars. |
