The German soprano, Alena-Maria Stolle, began at 5 to learn playing the violin, later orchestral / concerts. She studied singing at the Hochschule für Musik "Franz Liszt" in Weimar with Professor Fuhrmann, methodology and final diploma, postgraduate studies (master-class of the Musikhochschule), graduating with a graduate recital. In 1997, she won the Wagner Scholarship (Bayreuth).
Alena-Maria Stolle was engaged at the German Deutschen Nationaltheater Weimar; then appeared there as a guest, and had guest engasements at the Teatro Puccini di Merano (Italy), Theater Koblenz, Theater Wolfenbüttel, Theater Gera, Theater Heidelberg, Oper Leipzig, Semperoper Dresden, Theaterhaus Jena, Poetischen Theater Leipzig, and Theater im Gewölbe Weimar.
As a freelance singer, Alena-Maria Stolle performs especially in the areas of concert, chamber music and church music, including Strauss' Vier letzte Lieder, Johannes Brahmss' Requiem, J.S. Bach's Jauchzet Gott in allen Landen (BWV 51). She has co-operatied with numerous orchestras, including the Kammerorchester Wernigerode, Berliner Symphoniker, Staatskapelle Weimar, Jenaer Philharmonie, among others.
Alena-Maria Stolle also works as an independent voice teacher and vocal coach with the Mädelchor und den Thüringer Sängerknaben Saalfeld. |
