The German tenor, Florian Simson, after passing the examination of singing studies, took part in the master-classes of Professor Ingeborg Reichelt at the Robert-Schumann-Hochschule in Düsseldorf - starting from 1992 here also song and opera and oratorio classes in different master courses. At the same time he studied also German, Germanistik, philosophy and English. Already during his studies he gave numerous concerts and Lider programmes, and participated in recordings and radio broadcasts (the last with Westdeutschen Rundfunk, Köln).
Florian Simson won various prizes with studying competitors on national level: 1994 scholarship holder of the Richard Wagner donation. During 1995-1998 he was engaged by the Theatre of the City Trier as a soloist and from 1998 the Schiller-Theater of North-Rhine/Westphalia (Gelsenkirchen / Wuppertal). Besides that he has given concerts and Lieder recitals.
His extensive repertoire includes the main roles of the classical opera, through operette up to the musicals. |
