The German soprano, Sabine Schneider, finished her studies at the Musikhochschule of Düsseldorf in 1995 with honour and dedicated herself afterwards to her concert exam.
From 1996 Sabine Schneider has worked at the Deutschen Oper am Rhein, first in the Opernstudio, afterwards as a guest in the soloist ensemble. However, she is mainly active as a concert singer. Appearances have already led her to Cairo and Vienna, several times to Italy, France and Spain. In Germany she sang at the Münchner Herkulessaal Johannes Brahms' Deutsches Requiem, at the Hamburger Musikhalle Haydn's Jahreszeiten as well as WDR recording of the rarely performed oratorio Ani Maamin by Darius Milhaud at the Rheinischen Musikfestes.
Sabine Schneider has already appeared several times with the "Düsseldorfer Altstadtherbst " featuring as soloist in works as Haydn's Schöpfung, Mozart's Messe in c-Moll as well as George Frideric Handel's Messiah. |
