The American bass-baritone, William (Warwick) Rhodes, holds degrees from Carnegie-Mallon University and Indiana University School of Music in Bloomington (mid 1970’s).
William Rhodes has performed over 50 opera and 25 musical theatre roles. He has sung major roles with opera companies as the Seattle Opera Association, Peoria Civic Opera, Washigton Civic Opera, Peabody Institute and Indiana University Opera Theater. He has soloed with most major USA. symphony orchestras, including the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra, Louisville Symphony, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Spokane Symphony and National Symphony Orchestra (Washington). He has performed at Carnegie Hall and Kennedy Center. He has sung on NBC's Today Show. He has soloed with may festivals, including Spoleto, the Aspen music and Carmel Bach Festival. He appeared in recitals with the pianist Heasook Rhee (1993-1998)
