The Spanish bassand music teacher, Alejandro Ramírez Sola, studied music at the Conservatorio Superior de Música "Manuel Castillo" de Sevilla, where he obtained advanced degrees in Solfeggio, Music Theory, and Piano. He has been a member of the Orquesta Joven de Andalucía and various chamber groups such as the Ensemble de Música Contemporánea Solistas de Sevilla, Alter dúo, etc.
As a singer, Alejandro Ramírez Sola specializes in the repertoire of early music, training with prestigious teachers such as Carlos Mena, Lambert Climent, Lluís Vilamajó and David Mason, among others. He regularly collaborates with groups such as the Coro del Teatro de la Maestranza de Sevilla, Coro Juan Navarro Hispalensis, Al Ayre Español, Música Sacra de Sevilla, Orquesta Barroca de Sevilla, etc. He has also been a member of the Coro Barroco de Andalucía since its founding. He recently played the role of Jesus in J.S. Bach's the Matthäus-Passion BWV 244 with the Coro de Cámara de Sevilla.
