Minimum 12, as its name indicates, is a choir of at least twelve voices which, sometimes, will grow depending on the repertoire. They are all musicians who love choral singing. The ensemble created in 2017 is directed by Jean-Louis Richer (Bach et caetera and Jongleurs de la bande).
They sing in 4, 5 and sometimes 8 different parts works ranging from the Renaissance to today. Singing in a small ensemble is a challenge because we have to develop our ability to listen to each other. This is why they often sing in a semi-circle, or even all voices mixed together.
Minimum 12 also means laughing, creating connections, living our musical passion and sharing moments of pure happiness with their audience. |
