The Serbian soprano, Vesna Markovic, started on singing because she just always loved to sing, and love for the music and the manner of singing is her transferred teacher from high school. The more she cultivated voice, the more progressed and when she got to the point that she can sing more serious program and to enjoy it immensely, she realized that it was her call. As of 2015, she is a final year student of the Faculty of Music Art in Belgrade in the class of Professor Ljudmila Gros Popović. In November 2014, she won 1st prize at Nikola Cvejic singing competition Ruma, Serbia.
Vesna Markovic sang in the National Theatre in Belgrade and Madlenijanum and the IX Festival Rane Muzike in Belgrade (2014). |
