The Dutch tenor singer, choral conductor and vocal coach, David van Lith, obtained his Bachelor of Music degrees in Music Teaching & Classical Singing from the Koninklijk Conservatorium (2002-2011).
David van Lith was music teacher at Rijnlands Lyceum Oegstgeest (September 2007-September 2008). As a choral condutor/vocal coach, he has been Choir conductor of the madrigal choir of Sempre Crescendo (September 2009-July 2010); Musical Coach of COOL heerhugowaard, working with younger children as preparation for 2 musical projects in 2012 (October 2011-June 2012); Choir Conductor of Leeuwenkoor Rijswijk, a small mixed choir (since October 2009); Choir Conductor of Vrouwenkoor Cadans Pijnackerv, conducting a SSA-choir, singing mainly classical & musical/film (since September 2010); Vocal Coach of Haags Matrozenkoor in The Hague, coaching the boys in singing (since September 2010); Choir Conductor of Voices Unlimited in The Hague, conducting a large SATB-choir, singing classical, musical, gospel, pop (since September 2011); Artistic Director of Cantores Amatores in Pijnacker (since September 2014)..
As a choral singer David van Lith has been Singer (Tenor) in Bachkoor Holland in Naarden (January 2007-October 2013); Singer in Vocaal Ensemble Ad Hoc, singing on demand at funerals/weddings & special projects (since May 2006); Project Singer in Laurens Collegium Rotterdam, professional choir led by Wiecher Mandemaker (since April 2013); Singer in Tenso Europe Chamber Choir, European Chamber Choir of young professional singers conducted by Kaspars Putnins (since May 2013); Project Singer in Nederlands Kamerkoor in Amsterdam, professional Chamber Choir of the Netherlands, Chief conductor: Risto Joost (since May 2014-April 2016); Tenor freelance in Groot Omroepkoor (since April 2019); as well Rotterdam Symphony Chorus. |
