The Austrian tenor, Karl Jerolitsch, appeared for the first time when he was 10 years old, as alto soloist with the Tanzenberger Sängerknabenchor. He finished his studies at the Musikhochschule in Graz with honours.

Following his studies, Karl Jerolitsch had opera engagements in Basel, Graz, Karlsruhe, Düsseldorf, Bremen and St. Gallen. In addition, he developed a career as a concert and oratorio singer. So he joined, among others, in Prager Frühling by Jan Dismas Zelenka, in Paulus by Felix Mendelssohn and Messiah by George Frideric Handel. With the Magnificat (BWV 243) by J.S. Bach and the Mozart Requiem he went to Spain, and with Johannes-Passion (BWV 245) by J.S. Bach on a tour of France. He also went on tours to Malta and Cincinnati. He has international co-operation with renowned conductors like Adam Fischer, Donald Runnicles, Armin Jordan, Leopold Hager, Christoph Prick und Peter Schneider. He has appeared in many opera and operetta roles: Hans in The Bartered Bride, Tamino in Die Zauberflöte, Max in Der Freischütz, Maler in Lulu, Herzog in Nacht in Venedig, Edwin in Csardasfürstin and Graf Zedlau in Wiener Blut.
