The German soprano, Anna Hofmann, studied singing with Thomas Quasthoff and Renate Faltin at the Hochschule für Musik in Detmold and Hochschule für Musik in Berlin. As a scholarship holder of the Fulbright-Stiftung, she studied two semesters with Patricia Wise at the prestigious Jacobs School of Music in Indiana, USA. After her graduation she started a master's program for Lieder singing with Wolfram Rieger at the Berlin's Hochschule für Musik "Hanns Eisler". She also attended master-classes with Thomas Quasthoff, Irwin Gage, Hedwig Fassbender and Klesie Kelly.
Anna Hofmann's wide repertoire includes song, opera, operetta and oratorio. |
