The German bass, Andreas Heinze, received his first musical training as a member of the Dresdner Kreuzchor. He then studied at the Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber in Dresden singing and singing pedagogy with Helga Köhler-Wellner, as well as choral conducting with Hans-Dieter Pflüger, the former choir director of the Semperoper.
After solo exam, Diploma and plactice, Andreas Heinze began in 1988 his engagements in the Chor der Sächsischen Staatsoper Dresden. With it, he has performed, among others several times at the Salzburg Festival and in Japan. In addition, he performed choir solo parts in Les contes d'Hoffmann, La Boheme, W.A. Mozart's Idomeneo, La Traviata, Capriccio and Der Rosenkavalier. At the same time he taught from 1989 at 1999 in the Opera Chorus Studio.
In addition, Andreas Heinze directed from 1994 to 2014 the Kinderchor der Sächsischen Staatsoper (children's choir), which was awarded in 2013 with the prize of the Stiftung zur Förderung der Semperoperr for his artistic achievements. |
