The contralto Patrizia Hardt studied music education at the Lemmensinstituut in Leuven apart from her singing studies with Dina Grossberger. She participated additionally in master-classes of Rebecca Stewart and Marcel Pérès.
In recent years Patrizia Hardt appeared with many ensembles of early music, such as Huelgas Ensemble, Capilla Flamenca und A Sei Voci. Since 1999 she appears regularly as soloist with Sigiswald Kuijken and his ensemble La Petite Bande. In May 2004 she appeared with them at Bachfest Leipzig in J.S. Bach. & Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach programme (also documented on DVD). |
