The German choral conbductor, Robert Eilers, In his youth, spent in his youth most of his free time playing the guitar and saxophone in several bands. He later discovered singing in a choir and worked with several outstanding choirs in Germany.He studied at WWU Münster - Münster University and passed his exam in church music. In the field of classical music, he studied and worked simuntaneosly and was influenced by important, outstanding musicians like Kammersänger Hermann Christian Polster (University of Music in Leipzig) and Christoph Heidemann (University of Music in Hannover).
Robert Eilers founded the the Vokalensemble Marienhain in Vechta in 1998 and has been its conductor since then. He is currently working as a teacher of music at Gymnasium-Antonianum high school in Vechta and directes the Jugendchor Gymnasium Antonianum. |
