Minna Ebel-Wilde (Soprano)

Born: Germany

The German soprano, Minna Ebel-Wilde, had her singing training essentially at the Musikhochschule Berlin.

In 1916 Minna Ebel-Wilde made her debut at the Kozertsaal. She was active exclusively as oratorio, concert and Lieder singer. Guest appearances led her to the German music centres such as Berlin, Hamburg, Dresden, Leipzig and Munich, in addition, abroad, among other things to Rome and Florence as well as to Warsaw.

Since 1940 Minna Ebel-Wilde worked as a teacher at the Berlin's Musikhochschule, however continued her appearances as concert soloist until 1946. She was married with the organist and composer Professor Arnold Ebel (b 1883). In 1953 she lived in Berlin.
