The French soprano, Estelle Denis, was exposed to the world of music from an early age. She began taking piano, violin and singing lessons at the Académie de Court-St-Etienne. After studying Artistic Humanities, she naturally moved towards classical singing by aatendin g the Lyrical Singing class of Imep where she finishes her Master with "Distinction" in June 2011. She also attended masters-classes with great names in classical singing such as Noëlle Barker and Daniel Ottevaere, whose class at the Conservatoire de Valencienne she joined in September 2011.
In 2009, she has the chance to join the Chœurs Supplémentaires of the Opéra de Liège with which she participated in many productions in Belgium and abroad. She also performs as a soloist with the Orchestre de Chambres de la Néthen in a repertoire of classical as well as variety, musical or world music. At the same time, she joined Pink Floyd's cover band "Terminal Frost" in 2009, with which she performs regularly in concerts and at the Huy Summer Festival in August 2011. In love with singing and music and curious to expand her repertoire and musical culture, she performs as well in Lyric, Rock, Variety and Jazz repertoires. |
