The Coro Canto is considered one of the best vocal ensembles in the Upper Lake Zürich region. With their energetic interpretations, the singers delight audiences and the specialist press alike. Frank Mehlfeld founded the choir in 2021 with the aim of being able to offer the public the highest musical quality, passion and a profound understanding of music. The excellent singers can not only be experienced in the choir rows, but also perform as soloists.
The program design impresses with its authenticity and originality; it ranges from works from the Baroque period to the present day. The choir wants to reach and touch the audience with its strengths in a very direct way. A large part of the events are individually designed by "Coro Canto Management" for specific occasions. Together with the instrumental ensemble La Compagna, the choir is dedicated to the care and preservation of cultural heritage and its anchoring in the public consciousness. |
