The English soprano, Eleonore Sian Cockerham, has been training as a musician since the age of 10. Her love for ensemble singing developed during her years as a chorister at Knaresborough Parish Church, when she was also a finalist in the BBC Chorister of the Year. She trained professionally as an undergraduate at the Royal Northern College of Music (2014-2018).
Eleonore Cockerham sings in a range of styles, although her main focuses are classical, choral and contemporary music. She has plenty of experience singing both as a soloist and as part of choirs. As a soloist she has performed to live audiences ranging from 10 to 2000, both locally and internationally. She also has television and radio experience. She is a member of Voces8 (Director: Barnaby Smith) since August 2017. She currently lives in London, England. |
