The English tenor, Mark Anderson, was a choral scholar at New College, Oxford.
Mark Anderson's boratorio repertoire encompasses many of the major roles from the 17th to the 20th centuries, and his solo broadcasts have included appearances on BBC Radio 3’s Choir Works, Between the Ears and Spirit Of the Age. He was a member of the Choir of New College, Oxford (Director: Edward Higginbottom) and Monteverdi Choir (Director: John Eliot Gardiner). In April 2000, he sang Haydn's Creation with Worcester Festival Choral Society & Westminster Chamber Orchestra conducted by Adrian Lucas. In March 2002, he sang J.S. Bach's St Matthew Passion (BWV 244) with St Peter's Singers and Orchestra, conducted by Michael Emery.
