The English baritone, Luke Warren, was a member of the Schola Cantorum of the Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School in London. As a boy treble, he sang at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden in Puccini's Turandot, Benjamin Britten's Gloriana, and Strauss's Die Frau Ohne Schatten. He has participated in the Eton choral course scheme under Ralph Allwood.
Luke Warren is currently studying Chinese at Trinity College (since September 2019), and is a choral scholar in the award-winning Trinity College Choir of Cambridge. He joined the choir on many tours and recording projects, most notably for the recording of Maurice Duruflé's Requiem at St Eustache, Paris. He has performed solo Lieder recitals for Cambridge music societies including a complete performance of Robert Schumann'a Liederkreis. He has recently returned from an academic year abroad in Taiwan. |
