The Dutch mezzo-soprano, Lysbeth Riemersma, got her musical training with Jard van Nes and Herman Woltman. She also took part in the master-class of Elisabeth Schwarzkopf.
Lysbeth Riemersma has sung in operas and performed solo parts in George Frideric Handel's Messiah, and oratorios of J.S. Bach, Hayden, Mozart, Rossini, and Verdi among others. She gives Lieder recitals with works of Richard Strauss, Gustav Mahler, Edward Elgar and Johannes Brahms.
