The Italian-Brazilian soprano and former mezzo-soprano, Luciana Pansa, began her musical studies with piano lessons. Her approach to singing came through the repertoire a cappella, developed with “Voz Ativa Madrigal”, with whom she recorded the discs "Pro Nobis”, “ Dominus”, “Spirituals”. In Brazil she studied at USP - Universidade de São Paulo. In 2011 she moved to Italy to continue her vocal studies, obtaining a postgraduate degree in Opera at the Conservatorio di Musica "F. Venezze" di Rovigo, Italy. In 2015, she attended Scuola dell'Opera in Bologna. She has been awarded prizes in singing competitions in Italy and Brazil.

Monteverdi at Teatro Sao Pedro in Sao Paulom Brazil; Emone in Antigone by Tommaso Traetta at Teatro Traetta di Bitonto (BA), Italy; Philidel in The King Arthur by H. Purcell at Opera de Arame in Curitiba, Brazil; The Doctor in Chip and his Dog by Gian Carlo Menotti at Teatro da Sociedade de Cultura de Jaraguá do Sul, Brazil; Giovanna and Maddalena in Rigoletto by G. Verdi at Teatro Municipal de Santo Andre and Teatro Polytheama de Jundiai, Brazil; Ines in Il Trovatore by G. Verdi at Teatro Sociale di Rovigo, Italy; Dritte Dame in Die Zauberflöte by W.A. Mozart at Ente Concerti Marialisa di Carolis, Sassari, Italy; Alisa in Lucia di Lammermoor by G. Donizetti at Luglio Musicale Trapanese. She has also been engaged in masterpieces such as Messiah by George Frideric Handel; Te Deum by A. Bruckner, Matthäus-Passion BWV 244 by J.S. Bach, Messa da Requiem by G. Verdi among others.
After her “fach” change, Luciana Pansa has been engaged in Symphony No. 9 by L.v. Beethoven; Requiem in D minor K.626 by W.A. Mozart; Sacerdotessa in Aida by G. Verdi at Luglio Musicale Trapanese, Italy. She currently lives in Adria, Italy, |
