The Amewrican baritone, David Keck, studied at Oxbow Unified High School District 30 in Bradford, Vermont (1993-1999). He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Comparative Literature from Columbia University in New York City (1999-2004); his Diplomas Studies in Voice and Opera from Juilliard School of Music in New York City (September 2004-June 2006); and his Master of Music degree in Operatic Performance from Rice University in Houston, Texas (Class of 2009). Later he studied at Court of Master Sommeliers in San Francisco, California (2010-2016).
David Keck was Opera Singer at Aspen Music Festival and School and Musician at The Juilliard School. He has worked as Sales Representative at Prestige Wine Cellars (2011-2012); Beverage Director at Uchi Restaurants (January 2012-May 2013); General Manager/Wine Guy at Camerata at Paulie's restaurant in Houston, Texas (2013-October 2016). Since 2016, he is Sommelier at Court of Master Sommeliers, and since May 2017 he is Partner at Goodnight Hospitality in Houston. He currently lives in Houston, Texas. |
