The German contralto and mezzo-soprano, Ulrike Kamps-Paulsen, studied singing at the Robert-Schumann-Hochschule in Düsseldorf Professor Dr. H.J. Scholz, further studies with Heiner Eckels in Detmold and Professor F.J. Einhaus in Lübeck.
As a singer at home and abroad, Ulrike Kamps-Paulsen has appeared in opera projects, especially in the areas of oratorio, early music, Lieder and new music. She teaches singing at the Robert-Schumann-Hochschule in Düsseldorf, at the Musikschule Neuss, and for the Mädchenchor (girls choir) at the Essener Dom under the direction of Professor R. Wippermann. She also works as freelance in projects in the musical field, with courses and choral seminars, besides professional assistant with the WDR Rundfunkchor Köln. |
