The American soprano and singing teacher, Sarah Hoeppner (Tonini), obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Performance from the University of South Florida (2001-2004); and her Master of Arts degree in Voice and Opera from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville (2008-2010).
Sarah Hoeppner is a classically trained soprano who has performed extensively throughout the USA and Europe while maintaining a private voice studio. Throughout her singing career she has had the opportunity to perform with companies such as Knoxville Opera, Tampa Bay Opera, The Blue Hill Troupe, Chelsea Opera, Musica Bella Orchestra of New York, and the Opera Company of Brooklyn. Since returning home to the Louisville, Kentucky area in 2013, she has had the privilege of performing with Kentucky Opera, The Louisville Gilbert and Sullivan Society, Iroquois Amphitheater and as a soloist with the Louisville Chorus.
Sarah Hoeppner is a regular cantor at Our Lady of Lourdes in Louisville, Kentucky (since September 2013). In January 2018, she founded in Louisville, Kentucky and is Artistic Director of an all female artistic organization - Nevertheless Arts Ensemble (501C3), which which performs and promotes art and music created by female artists with the goal of expanding the musical and artistic canon with the female voice.
Sarah Hoeppner has been teaching privately for 10 years. She was voice teacher at Knox Music Studios LLC (September 2009-Septmber 2010); and private voice teacher at Smart Singer Studios, Inc in Louisville, Kentucky (since January 2017). As well, she has over 10 years experience in the corporate world in systems and database development, client relations and office management. She worked as System Specialist at Precision Healthcare Delivery in in Louisville, Kentucky (May 2013-December 2019). |
