The German mezzo-soprano and pianist, Alicia Fee Grünwald, received at the age of 5 her first piano lessons from Monika Grünwald and one year later she joined the Kinderchor des Staatstheaters am Gärtnerplatz. From 2011 to 2014 she she took singing lessons with Tanja d'Althann and was a member of the Bayerischen Landesjugendchor and the Bayerischen Singakademie. In October 2014 she began her piano and singing studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München with Professor Hewig-Tröscher and Thomas Gropper. During her piano studies she belonged to Professor Fritz Schwinghammer's Lied class and received other important musical impulses from Professor Siirala. She completed her studies in 2018 with a grade of 1.0, and in the same year began her vocal studies at the Universität Mozarteum Salzburg with Professor Bernd Valentin.
Since then Alicia Grünwald has had regular engagements inside and outside Munich, including in the fields of early music and oratorio. |
