The Italian tenor, Andrea Fermi, obtained his Specialized Degree in Contemporary History with Honours from Università La Sapienza di Roma (2003-2008); his Diploma in Opera singing from Conservatorio Statale di Musica "Ottorino Respighi" - Latina (2005-2011); his PhD in society, politics and cultures from the late Middle Ages to the contemporary age from Università La Sapienza di Roma (2009-2014).

Andrea Fermi is active as a freelance opera singer since 2009. He has also worked as Music teacher at First grade secondary school since 2014.
