The French bass ans singing teacher, Christoph Dobmeier, was raised in a musical family. His fater is a choral conductor and is mother a singer. Aa a child, he sang in his father's choir to sing. After high schoo, he received first language studies in English and French, obtaining the qualification D.E.U.G. at the University of Grenoble, and a one year teaching at the French Lycée in Auxerre. His professional training as a singer was then at the Richard-Strauss-Konservatorium in Munich.
While still a student, Christoph Dobmeier was engaged for two years as a soloist at the Oberbayrische Städtetheater. Since then he has been working (with television and recordings in his homeland and abroad) as a freelance artist, especially in the concert area. As a lecturer for singing he has prepared in 21 years, over 100 music education students on their singing exam. |
